2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain services.

You are responsible for:

Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

iFlow reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

• Providing accurate and current information
• Keeping your login details confidential
• Securing your account and password
• All activities carried out through your account; and

3. Payments and Transactions

You agree to provide accurate information when making transactions.

Payments must be made through the payment methods provided or approved by iFlow. A transaction may not be completed until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Where a transaction fails, is reversed, delayed, or cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue in accordance with our applicable procedures.

Users should verify transaction details, including phone numbers, account numbers, meter numbers, subscription details, and other recipient information before confirming a transaction.

iFlow may not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by a customer.

4. Service Delivery

We aim to process transactions promptly and provide instant delivery where the relevant service supports automated delivery.

However, delays or interruptions may occur due to network failures, service-provider downtime, payment-system issues, maintenance, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Refunds and Reversals

Refunds or transaction reversals will be handled in accordance with iFlow's applicable refund and transaction policies.

Where a service has already been successfully delivered to the information supplied by the customer, the transaction may not be reversible.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team promptly regarding failed, disputed, or incorrect transactions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use iFlow only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Use our services in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Use the platform for fraud or other unlawful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the platform

7. Resellers and Business Users

Resellers and business users must comply with these Terms and any additional terms applicable to their accounts or services.

iFlow may modify pricing, service availability, commissions, discounts, or reseller terms where reasonably necessary.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services provided through iFlow depend on third-party networks, payment processors, telecommunications providers, banks, or other service providers.

We are not responsible for failures or interruptions originating from third parties, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving affected transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials provided by iFlow remain the property of iFlow or its respective licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content or systems without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of iFlow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where we believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or otherwise created a security or operational risk.

iFlow will take reasonable steps to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, iFlow shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, third-party service interruptions, payment-provider failures, or incorrect information supplied by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business operations, or legal requirements.
